The authors Christian Koch is a psychological councelor, partnership, family and life coach as well as stress prevention trainer. He has been working on stress management, healthy sleep and bruxism (teeth grinding, clenching) for years. He also dedicates himself to these topics as an experiential expert who has overcome the ailments. Dr. Sabine Nunius is a personal trainer, yoga teacher, trauma and yoga therapist and naturopath for psychotherapy. In her work she incorporate current research findings from neuroscience and body-oriented psychotherapy.
