Dipl. Psych. Sonja Unger
Coping with stress ? rediscover your inner strength
The first aid program for the psyche
The everyday difficulties in life, like fights with a partner, problems at work, or trouble with friends can trigger unpleasant feelings. Do they also have an influence on mental health? Soja Unger says yes! The experienced psychotherapist explains in her guide how psychological burdens are not only caused by decisive events but also by small pinpricks that can injure the soul. She helps her readers to detect, understand, and overcome those Microtraumas. She gives valuable tips for handling fear, stress, and feelings of emptiness and finding your way back to yourself.
