The author
Katrin Blüge practice and teaches for more than 20 years as a holistic therapist and lecturer in her non-medical practice in Hannover. There she leads the centre for naturopathy with an interdisciplinary team consisting of 14 therapists and consultants. In her online academy she offers her knowledge to beginners as well as to people who wants to make Ayurveda their job and mission. It is her wish to accompany her patients, clients, and students on their path to prevention, health, and consciousness.
