Sharing responsibility, preventing exhaustion
The power package for exhausted mothers
Besides many beautiful moments, being a mom is also exhausting. Because of exaggerated expectations mothers tend to take care of everyone but themselves. Until they can’t anymore. How do I get out of this excessive demand? How do I communicate to those around me that my strength is exhausted? Who will help me if I can no longer do it myself? The authors Michèle Liussi and Katharina Spangler show in their guide how mothers can build themselves a social network, share responsibility and prevent exhaustion.
